The item was packaged securely and arrived in excellent condition. The packaging materials smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke: the item itself, however, did not have an odor. The package arrived in the middle of the provided delivery date estimate. The item was exactly as described and as pictured. Though expensive, it was priced about the same as similar items available on ebay.

Everything arrived carefully packed and the set was just as described and matched our existing pieces from our parents. This was the best experience I've ever had ordering something through ebay! 4 stars. The item arrived broken but Ed was very responsive and kind from the very first message. Sadly, packaging wasn’t great (smelled strongly of smoke) and there was also a missing piece but Ed’s customer service skills are great so I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again.
