Item was new as described and shipped very well packaged. As some other reviews have described there is the chance of an atypical shipping process. I messaged the seller after the item did not ship on the 10th business day and was told the item was lost and he had to order a new one. This was concerning because it's an item that is no longer in production and would not have gotten attention had I not messaged them. After a few days the tracking updated and eventually arrived as described.

This was the 2nd dealer that I tried. The 1st left me hanging for nearly 2 months. This dealer was a different experience. I am so very pleased with his dedication as well as fast response to all questions. I got the AR5700D in about 3 weeks. AND, even though you get all sorts of warnings about basically unknown additional cost for buying from Japan or China, I filled out the form for FEDEX and ended up with $0.00 additional cost. I’m super happy with the AR5700D and with this dealer.

The item arrived quickly and in great packaging. The condition of the console is good - it is not as nice as it appeared in the photos and has two dead pixels on the display, though it is not too noticeable. Despite this, it works great and is a wonderful addition to my collection. It came fully complete as well. The seller is kind, communicative and kept me updated. I appreciate their hard work and would shop with them again ^^ Thank you very much for such a wonderful console!
