Very nice person. According to the seller they never got the email that said I purchased it and only realized a week later that it had been paid for. They then was nice enough to not only include 2 more cards but also very good cards. They didn't have to since I would have been fine with the card being sent but it was a very nice gesture to rectify a problem.
