Bought this for my husband as a surprise because he had the exact same one and it cracked. Good communication with seller on changing delivery address. When the bat arrived I handed the box to my husband, who told me his was under warrantee and will get another from the company for free. I contacted seller to return this and he said he doesn't accept returns. Ebay accepted the return (not sure how this works). I did receive credit, but shocked no return as stated on the ad.
