the item arrived on schedule and I'm pleased with the quality. However words will need to be issued with the Delivery Agents. Rather then place the envelope into the mail box, they dropped it on my top step not more then 3 feet away... in the damp. The envelope was soaked and the item inside covered in condensation. if not for the Top loader I fear it would have fared much worse.
