The item was packed well, and was despatched reasonably quickly. The seller/s are nice to communicate with although communication could be faster between messages. I did not have a positive experience when receiving the package as it was delivered to the wrong address. I had to call FedEx to find out the location of the parcel and then retrieve it myself from a different location. It was very stress ful as the parcel was expensive. Mistakes happen and the seller apologised.

great communication - messaged the seller about when it was going to be dispatched, the next day they replied and dispatched. great product - got a lot of good pulls, good quality items and packagingfast delivery and great tracking which was good considering it came from Korea. will definitely be ordering through here again. 5/5 will order again
