Item came postage due because seller shipped via USPS media mail which it is not. Seller refunded the postage after I went to the post office to pick it up. Pictures and description said it came with multiple-colored tabletops, but it only comes with white. Contacted seller and he said he fixed the listing, but didn't feel he should refund any of the purchase price. Disappointed but I needed the stand, so I kept it. All things considered giving a Neutral Feedback vs Negative is generous.

Poster and frame arrived on time, along with a few stickers as a bonus, and the poster itself is fantastic! Unfortunately the frame wasn't in one piece upon delivery. After contacting the seller, they were able to send a replacement frame and even threw in another sticker for free! Excellent customer service and would recommend!

The Actual item is great, my only complaint is the packaging, I ordered the lenticular poster with frame. It was shipped in a plastic bag that got crushed in transit which resulted in a broken frame. ONLY the frame was broken. The poster was undamaged and is very nice.
