Sorry for the late response, coincidentally I just opened them. The cards are new and so cute,, it's as described. I wasn't sure what I expected when I purchased them, I've never seen hanafuda cards in person. Lol. I wasn't home for a few days by the time it arrived and it's been raining. FedEx left it at my front porch, but the cards were packaged so well that nothing got damaged by the rain.
