Description
This circa 1940s New Testament Bible has an inscription dated 1/3/44 at the front: "To Warren from Catherine 'Wishing you a safe return'" Included with the ephemera found in the book is one page of a handwritten letter addressing Warren and referring to "a brother in the navy." There is also a handwritten note on an envelope addressed to "Dear Mom" and signed "Son Warren." The vintage New Testament also comes with several other pieces of religious ephemera found in the book including a mass card for Evelyn Ripley dated January 12, 1975 from the Tuttle Funeal Home in Dover, NJ. Warren obviously read and used this bible as it shows obvious wear. There is some damage at the top and bottom of the spine. Warren circled and made check marks at chapter headings through out the book. Excellent in every respect; much better than originally described and pictured. The shipping was even faster than predicted and the parcel arrived only a few hours ago. I am really grateful for the very thoughtful, sturdy way in which the book was packaged. It most certainly makes a big difference. The book is a great value, and I want to thank you, Pamela, for an absolutely perfect transaction.

The purse is lovely, in great condition as described, was packaged very well (loved the cardboard strip under the tape to prevent accidental cuts to the fabric!), and arrived super fast! I definitely recommend this seller!

Item was as described, packaging was good and was bought at a great value. Sellar shipped item promptly but mail delivery was four days behind original delivery date.
