First time ordering from Japan. Great communication and help from Seller. Package took a little while to arrive due to customs. Box was expertly packaged, and item was in perfect condition. Sadly it is about 1/2 inch too small for my bass. Not sellers fault. I was taking a chance and it did not pan out. GREAT SELLER.! I would buy again.
