Most importantly, the condition of the book was as specified. Also, international delivery (from the USA to the UK) was prompt, and the price was reasonable for early edition of this book. Many thanks for that. Also, very reasonable packaging was used -- with internal usage of brown paper, and packaging into a "proper" cardboard box. This allowed the book to arrive safe and well from the USA to the UK. Thanks again for that.
