When UPS had transposed and left wrong tracking details, they looked it up, sent to me, and by using the correct number, I was able to track my canvas lithograph from Thomas Kincaid. I thoroughly appreciated the extra detail he went to. He had it wrapped and boxed by UPS, also, so it came well-protected. Very good communication. Item is as described.
