This is a leather-bound volume labeled: Senate Documents, 1st (Session), 31st Congress 1850-51 , It contains two reports, one pertains to Land Titles in California (136pp); the other, a report of the Secretary of War concerning New Mexico (23pp). Each end-paper (4) is stamped with "Received Sep 27, 1917. Catron & Catron"—which was a NM law firm. 9 x 5.75", 159pp., bound in fine grain, tan leather. Very Good Condition Book. WONDERFUL SELLER! This is a hard to find book and it is in such excellent condition, it exceeded my highest expectations. The seller was amazingly helpful, courteous, and responsive during the sale. She did extra research on her end to tell me about the boots and took the time to field my questions. She's a great person and runs a top eBay store! The boots didn't fit well, and again to show how amazing the seller is, she was totally cool with it and accepted the return. I might also add that the boots are as described, like new and great for the right person. Shipping was great, packaging perfect, and fair value!
