Item shipped and arrived quickly. Experienced a technical issue that I had to work on for 4 days to get the box working correctly, that wasn't a seller issue. However once I alerted them they were willing to allow a return and full refund. Based on my experience I wouldn't normally give a 5 because of the technical issues, however it was no fault of the seller and their willingness to make it right is well deserving of top rating.
