Very conscientious customer service. The tracking said that the package had been delivered, but I did not see it. I called the seller, thinking that an investigation would be started and there would be some delay. Not so! The prompt reply to my message said that they would contact the shipper, but in the meantime, they would ship out another item right away! Now, that's service!

Got exactly what I ordered and received much faster than I am used to with ebay. Seller was on point making shipping the same day. Packaging was exactly the way I tend to ship products to my customers. Very robust and cushioned with zero fear of receiving a broken item. I will continue using them as a go to for chems.
