And the negative rating is because the item is broken(by the violent USA deliveryman. I have more than 20 years of experience in sales. I mainly buy and sell on other platforms. My packaging has the same specifications as the new factory packaging. But the USA deliveryman violently threw the goods and caused damage to the items, which I have no control over. And if the customer received something damaged,they only blame me and Give me a negative feedback rating,which is something I have no control over and am quite helpless about.
