It took a while for my package to get to me but I feel that it was not the sellers fault but the USPS having many delays due to the holiday season. It was packaged in a sturdy box which was nice. The shipping was almost the cost of the item itself but giving how far away I am from the seller I found it to be kinda of reasonable. Overall it was great in terms of shipping, packaging, and value. Although my item is used I would have appreciated it to be cleaned, but nevertheless thank you.

The seller responded to my questions quite quickly. The shipping was a standard amount of time. It was a bit expensive in my opinion. The packaging wasn't in a box, so the doll could have arrived punctured. I believe I could have returned it, but I'm not sure. The photos of the doll were accurate and the doll was in pristine condition. The doll was worth the price, because I love this character, and the doll is plush.
