The Louis L’Amour hardcover collection was a subscription book series that contained over 100 books of fiction, non-fiction, poetry, biography and more. The collection contains many individual novels which are part of the SACKETT series. There are several variations for individual books in the overall Louis L’Amour hardcover collection. Variations include books being covered in either faux leather (leatherette) or genuine leather, page edges are either plain or gold gilded and the publishing information page located just prior to the title page may or may not contain a printer sequence which indicates the print edition (first, second, third, etc.). Over the years since the Louis L’Amour hardcover collection was first introduced, some of the individual books have become commonly known to be HARD TO FIND and others have become commonly known to be THE BEST AND MOST POPULAR. As expected, the HARD TO FIND and BEST-MOST POPULAR books have achieved a higher individual valuation when compared to the other books in the overal collection. Over the last several years, I have managed to acquire 122 Louis L’Amour hardcover books. Some of the books are covered in leatherette and some, to the best of my ability, appear to be covered in genuine leather. Some of the books are FIRST edition and some of the books have plain page edges while others are gold gilded. Some of the books were sealed in an original manufacture clear plastic wrap and the wrapping was removed on 3/17/25 so the copyright and printing edition information could be recorded. Having inspected all 122 books, they have subsequently been divided into smaller LOTS or INDIVIDUAL BOOKS to be listed on EBay. All books will be shipped by USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise by agreement with the buyer. The b uyer will only pay for ACTUAL shipping cost only, no more and no less. My evaluation as to whether an individual book is bound in "leather" versus "leatherette" will be acceptable to the buyer.. So, bid or submit an offer. This listing is for the following LOT or INDIVIDUAL BOOK. One LOT of 17 books, all previously sealed by mfr. seal which was removed on 3/17/25, various print editions, various copyright dates (all 80's, 90's). None of the books in this LOT contain an indicated print number sequence (0 9 8 7 6 ...). All books are leatherette bound and have plain page edges (no gold gilding).
