Bound in a period --if not the publisher's-- full calf by the Jenkins Bindery, with 5 raised bands (and intricate gilt-tooling within) and leather title and author labels along the spine. Obvious damage and separation to the spines; Library sticked attached to the spine. corners bumped; tape on spinr - front and back boards. Title page stamped. Matching marbled endsheets.
