Mug arrived on time and was packed professionally. Shipped in a sturdy ebay box and had protective cardboard around the mug and handle. Also surrounded by lots of large bubble wrap and packing paper. Well done! Mug is as described. Postage/Shipping was twice as much as expected. That is the only negative. The same mug shipped from further away was 1/2 the cost for shipping. Not sure why the big difference. Thanks for making it available. I would buy from this seller again.

Just as described. Not much wrapping provided. The 2 figurines must have had a Guardian Angel in the box with them. The shipping box looked like it was run over. Crushed in 1 side with a hole in it and the tape was barely hanging on to the box. I usually ask a seller shipping FRAGILE items to me to put FRAGILE on all sides of the shipping box, but I forgot to message this Seller. Reasonable shipping time. I am very happy to add the 2 pieces to my collection.

Despite being WELL PACKAGED - bubble wrapped, packing pillows, etc - the USPS delivered the item damaged - even though FRAGILE was all over the box. This seller quickly and accurately provided refund instructions and updates. Refund arrived within 48 hours of my initial inquiry. Quality seller who did everything right. Thank you.
