The package was delivered by USPS damaged despite all the bubble wrap used. Since it was a no return item, I was afraid that requesting a refund would be denied but it wasn’t. The seller was very apologetic and issued the refund immediately after seeing the pictures . I’m still disappointed that such a beautiful piece of earth ware is broken but the seller did their best to resolve the issue and make me whole.

The seller was responsive and helpful in making adjustments to the shipping carrier so as to ensure we would actually receive the item. The item came exactly as described and was packaged very well. The CDs all had the wrapping on them, and the price was good. Shipping was as detailed and the seller communicated when the order was shipped, confirming our agreement to use the specific carrier as requested.

After I placed the order they arrived quicker than expected to my surprise and delight. Although the listing states the item(s) are "used" they appear to be close to their original appearance (40yrs old) and in amazing condition. The packaging had bubble wrap lining on the inside and there was no damage. Thank you so much, SouthCarolinasCloset!
