Despite some issues that occurred during the package's transportation—completely unrelated to the seller—the seller handled the situation exceptionally well. Item was as described. There was x delay in shipping as it was held in Customs because it may have contained toxic materials. It was easily cleared. This was my second purchase from this seller as they sent the wrong item before. I had to return item for refund and then await shipment of replacement. They did some transaction adjustments but didn’t really compensate for my time and energy.

Lovely bag, brand new in untouched factory packaging, shipping took a bit longer but arrived well before Christmas as I asked from seller, communication was fast and straight forward as well, cherry on top is that the bag is made in France , overall excellent seller! Thank you!
