Record was packed loosely in the mailer and the record was left in the sleeve when shipped. This caused a major seam spilt at the top of the sleeve where the record cut through. Seller's rude response was "that's not my problem" to contact USPS. This was not a USPS problem, it was a seller packaging problem. Shipping records outside of the sleeve is the common best practice, I have bought and sold thousands on here, this is how it's done. If you buy from this seller make sure you request this.
