Overall things were positive. The negatives were that the item was delayed because of mail slowdowns in the seller's area and the shipping fee was high. When it arrived everything was well. The blender was in new condition with original packing, manuals etc. and worked perfectly. I was aware of the shipping fee and factored it into my offer so everything went well. The purchase was definitely worth it and after calling the unit was genuine and the warranty intact. The seller was helpful.
