William Cuthbert Faulkner, who lived from 1897 ā 1962, was an American writer and the 1949 NOBEL PRIZE laureate from OXFORD, MISSISSIPPI. Stories include: "Victory," "Ad Astra," "All the Dead Pilots," "Crevasse," "Red Leaves," "A Justice," "Hair," "That Evening Sun," "Dry September," "Mistral," "Divorce in Naples," "Carcassonne," and my favorite: "A Rose for Emily," the story of a woman who murdered Homer Barron, a Yankee she fell in love with and when he planned to leave "Miss Emily" she killed him and kept him upstairs----fooling the town's people into believing Homer had left. 296 pages, including a Chronology and Genealogy. Quite the surprised, at first I thought I ordered something from a pet shop because of the box turns out to be my order xD.
