Item arrived well padded package and in excellent, like new condition. My item was shipped quickly and I was able to track the package throughout the delivery process. Although this was just a board game and not fragile at all, the seller took the time to neatly wrap in bubble wrap and tissue paper to avoid any damage. Controller arrived as described in listing. Fairly clean exterior despite being an obviously used older controller. Needed mild internal cleaning but all buttons and contact rubbers were in good shape and working order. Seller had quick communication and resolved a shipping error without issue. Controller was shipped out quickly and well packaged.
