Product was listed as New-Open Box; however, it did not include the neoprene glands for watertight cord entry that customarily come with these connectors. They were not in the photos, which is why it wouldn't be fair to deduct 'stars'. All-in-all, the product is what we needed and the seller shipped it in a timely manner. Would purchase from them again.
