The first few pages have some light creasing and the pages are very clean with only occasional small scuff or ink transfer stains. the ribbon is in excellent condition. The Gold of the Pharaohs: SOLD Michelangelo : the cover, gilded edges, and pages are very clean - I only spotted one light smudge marking. the exposed ribbon end is smudged, lightly frayed at the ends, and there are 3 small puncture holes. please see photos I love to rescue vintage items, especially books, and help them find their forever homes.
