THE COMPLETE WORKS OF WILLIAM SHAKESPEARE Black leather covers are decorated with gilt and portrait of Shakespeare on the front. (The white on the portrait does not come off. I don't know what it is, possibly a manufacturer defect?) Gilt title and decoration with raised bands on spine. Slight bumping to bottom corners, front and back. Back cover is rubbed in places, slight indentation in middle (please see pics). Text block is gilt all around and is bright. Contents are tight in the binding and are clean, no tears, no markings, no bad odors.
