This version is possibly more beautiful and substantial than the anniversary edition. To be frank, this set was created back when Easton Press was doing a little more substantial work. The embossing is a little deeper. The gold repeating chevrons and red placards will project a very substantial and distinguished shelf presence in your library. If you are looking for a strong Lincoln set, I strongly suggest this one. This set is normally quite scarce but there have been a few more on the market as people downsize. There is no better time to buy this set. Condition : Leather is bright with only light sign of any shelf wear. Some limited marr to gilt page ends with few marks. The disc case and blu-ray discs arrived safely in the described condition (like new). The discs play back correctly as well. I think the item was extremely good value, and it even came with free shipping, sent to post on the same day! The seller also sent a prompt informational message about how it was shipped, what to expect from shipping, and some details about them. This was a very nice experience all around; I would very much purchase media from this seller again.
