This autograph memory book for a school student is charming. It is leather bound with high quality colored paper pages that are in excellent condition, no tears , creases or fold. The beginning of the book has 6 pages to list memories. These end with a poem to remind the student that in the future the memories made fade but this book will bring them back. It has about 100 pages that are green and pink which are of thick, slick studio quality paper. None are damaged and there is no writing in the book. The book is leather bound and is genuine leather. The binding is still is perfect condition. There is some scuffing on the leather cover which has been accounted for in the price, but this book is a gem for collectors. (See pics)
