Brand new item exactly as described. Well packaged for delivery and priced at a considerable savings from retail. The package was redirected during shipping and the seller contacted the Postmaster, tracked down the package, and ensured a timely delivery. I was not even aware of the issue before the seller pinned it down and forgot taken care of, even though it was not their error.
