SLOWEST SHIPPING on ebay..... Extremely DISAPPOINTED.... Wedgewood Plate (coat of arms). HO-HUM...... and NO, it wasn't the postal delivery service...or international shipping....or holiday shipping.... IT WAS JUST SLOW shipping....!!
