Well they were very responsive for my questions. After receiving the product i had a question and they responded within a couple hours yes not days which is almost unheard of these days. Shipped as they said it would very fast i was impressed alot of sales these days say it will arrive by a certain day and it doesn't. The packaging was also first class, i was also impressed on that, box wasn't damaged either. They were spot on!

Quick shipment. Had the part within two days. FedEx dropped some other packages off and got mixed up and we could not find it. I wrote the company and they responded back within minutes.
