Very conscientious customer service. The tracking said that the package had been delivered, but I did not see it. I called the seller, thinking that an investigation would be started and there would be some delay. Not so! The prompt reply to my message said that they would contact the shipper, but in the meantime, they would ship out another item right away! Now, that's service!

Extremely well packed & quickly shipped. This vendor has a plethora of potent aromatic compounds, as well as rare solvents. I will definitely be ordering more in the future. I am excited to see how these aromatic compounds work in our soap, I am expecting a much stronger smell than the essential oils we currently use. Thanks!
