There are some minor flaws in the gilt edging, and the seal is beginning to open. There is some mild rubbing to the leather on the corners. Dimensions are approx: 9.25" x 6.25" x 1.75" This book will ship in a box with bubble wrap. Photos 1-6 are of the actual book that will be shipped, the rest are examples of the book from an open copy.
