   I am genuinely impressed by both the quality of the merchandise and the exceptional customer service.that I have received from this dealer! The retriculated tray is in mint condition. A rare piece… an excellent example of early staffordshire. The customer service :superb communication, item was carefully packaged, double boxed to ensure safe arrival and promptly posted for quick delivery.    Let's just say I've bought significant number of Easton Press and Franklin Library books over the past few months. Needless to say, I have not been disappointed with any purchase or with any seller. Whether I've purchased from them once or multiple times. All have been professional, responded to any questions I had, and open to discounts and combined shipping. I recommend them all to others who are seeking collectible books.

   Item arrived damaged through absolutely no-fault of the seller, parcel was mishandled by shipping carrier. It was well packaged and protected and exactly as described in listing, minus new damage that occurred due to no fault of seller. Seller was very helpful and responsive when communicating about this issue. Very good customer service. A++++
