   Wow what can i say I have no words what an amazing guy Giovanni is ♥️, bought my favourite grail a Moonbreon ,after waiting a week my nightmare situation happend UPS lost my package I contacted Giovanni and we immediately tryed to resolve it with UPS ,After UPS confirmed they lost the package 📦 he immediately send me a replacement and the card arrived in perfect condition in 3 days , 10/10 service I wil always buy from Giovanni from now on !

   Quality of item was as described Condition of card was kept nicely, shipping was done in timely manner. Seller tried to help when there was a small delivery issue (FedEx updated the delivery information before actual delivery, we thought the package was delivered to the wrong address, seller got on the phone with FedEx right away).
