   Sent the wrong items. Seller is not very reasonable, took 20 mins to explain the situation. Since we are using a fulfillment centre to process orders we get charged $5/unit to return items. So a partial refund would have helped both of us out. Seller avoids shipping fees and we avoid the fulfillment fees. We could have helped each other out. I stead they insisted on doing it their way even though it was their mistake for items that are worth less than shipping. 👍

   Fast communication, I made an offer, and the seller responded quickly to it. Shipping was also fast, packed well to prevent damage. Item arrived as described, in this case new condition, sealed, and undamaged. No issues with it functioning properly. Great seller, no regrets with this interaction.
